Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A City Stadium In Katowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A City Stadium In Katowice. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Transport, Unloading And Bringing In, - Assembly In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And Applicable Regulations, - Placing Furniture In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party/User - Installation Of Built-In Household Appliances, - Commissioning Of Devices And Equipment Along With Configuration, - Removal Of Packaging Related To The Delivery, - Repair Of Any Damage Related To With The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Elements Before Reporting The Completion Of Deliveries And Acceptance, - Training Of Employees In The Operation Of Devices And Equipment. Furniture And Devices Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, And Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With Safety Standards. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Operation And Maintenance Instructions In Polish. Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. The Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract Employment Of Persons Referred To In Article 96(2) Of The Act. 4. Equivalent Solutions. 1) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Without Indicating The Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. 2) Any Use Of The Names Of Producers/Products Or A Specific Process In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is For Example Only. Constitutes Only A Qualitative Standard Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Article 99(5) Of The Act, I.E. A Trademark (Trade Name), Brand, Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Origin Of The Materials Or Solutions Or The Marking Of Standards, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Apart From Those Mentioned Above), And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Have Not Been Provided, He Should Contact The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence. In This Situation, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions, Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Procurement Documents.
