Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment To The Automation And Robotics Laboratory For The Operation Of Bcu

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Equipment To The Automation And Robotics Laboratory For The Operation Of Bcu As Part Of The Project Establishment And Support For The Operation Of The Industry Skills Center In Chełm In The Field Of Mechatronics. 1.1. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Equipment For The Automation And Robotics Laboratory That Meets The Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement And Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. 1.2. The Contractor Guarantees That The Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Complete, Brand New, Undamaged, Is Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And That The Purchase Of Additional Elements And Accessories Is Not Required For Its Intended Use. 1.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Delivered Be Made Of Brand New, Safe Materials, Having All The Required Certificates And Approvals. 1.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Terms Of Reference And The Provisions Of The Offer Submitted As Part Of The Public Procurement Procedure. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Ppu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Within 4 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
