Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Hospital Building In Solec, Ward And Hospital Facilities For The Geriatric Hospital Of The Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. Z O. O. Preparation Of Design Documentation (Architectural Design, Land Development Design And Technical Design) For Construction Works Requiring A Building Permit, In The Scope Of Changing The Function And Design Of The Ward And Hospital Facilities For The Geriatric Hospital Of The Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. Z O. O. On The Ground Floor And In The Basement Of The Building Of The Hospital In Solec, Together With The Integration And Taking Into Account The Functioning Of Two Independent Medical Entities And Adapting Multi-Sector Projects To The Existing Documentation Adapting The Facility For Business Needs Stołeczne Centrum Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze Sp. Z O. O., As Well As Updating And Merging Investor Cost Estimates Into One Collective Investment Cost Estimate, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Exercising Authors Supervision. The Scope Of Tasks Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Functional And Spatial Concept For The Basement And Ground Floor And Land Development; 2) Development Of An Architectural And Construction Design For The Basement And Ground Floor And Land Development; Decision On A Replacement Building Permit;4) Development Of A Technical Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Together With The Integration Of The Project With Existing Documentation;5) Updating Previously Prepared Investor Cost Estimates And Merging Them With Cost Estimates For The Design Of A Hospital Ward, In Order To Prepare One Collective Cost Estimate Covering All Planned Construction Works.6) Performing Authors Supervision
