The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Manner Consistent With The Dnsh Principle Do No Significant Harm Resulting From Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088 (Oj L 198, 22/06/2020, P.13).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of A Multi-Discipline Design And Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Zsp In Czarnocin In The Design And Build Formula, As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Zsp In Czarnocin, Which Includes: 1) Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Which Includes, Among Others: Detailed Design Studies, Including Construction And Technical/Executive Design, Expert Opinions, Including Ornithological/Chiropterological Expertise For Building B And The Gymnasium, Technical Specifications, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates; 2) Construction Works: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works; B) Insulation Works On External Walls And Foundations; C) Insulation Works Related To The Insulation Of Roofs/Flat Roofs, Including The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Gymnasium Made Of Sandwich Panels And The Insulation Of Ceilings Along With The Modernization Of The Roof Covering; D) Replacement Of Window Frames In The Rooms Of Building B And The Gymnasium, As Well As Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills; E) Replacement Of Door Frames; F) Replacement Of 1:1 Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Ones Led Type;G) Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Construction And Installation Of An Elevator;3) Installation Works, Which Include: A) Modernization Of The Heating System - Replacement Of Existing Oil Boilers That Prepare Heat For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water For New Gas Heat Pumps; B) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation And Domestic Hot Water (Replacement Of Risers, Radiators, Thermostats, Etc.), I.E. Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation, Construction Of A New Central Heating Installation With A New One, Replacement Of Radiators With Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, As Well As Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Preparation System. – Installation Of Boiler Room Technology, Installation Of A Tank Integrated With A Heat Pump, Replacement Of Available And Replaceable Main Power Cables; C) Replacement Of Levels - Cold Water Supply In The Building; D) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; E) Installation Of A 40 Kwp Photovoltaic Power Plant;3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: - Stage 1 - Design - Includes In Particular The Development Of A Functional And Utility Concept, Preparation Of A Dc Map.
