The Order Titled: Modernization Of Heat And Electricity Sources As Well As Ventilation And Technological Installations In The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Żoliborz District At Ul. Potocka 1 In Warsaw Concerns The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Heat And Energy Sources, The Implementation Of Ventilation Installations With Heat Recovery For The Slide Tower And The Sub-Basin, The Replacement Of Ventilation Units For The Swimming Pool Hall And The Reconstruction Of The Swimming Pool Water Heating And Hot Water Preparation Installations. Utility. The Order Includes: - Ex Ante Audit, Including A Detailed Analysis Of Heat Consumption In The Facility And The Costs Of This Heat Before Modernization (The Audit Should Include An Analysis Of Heat Consumption By All Installations In The Facility, In Particular Swimming Pool Water Heating, Ventilation, Central Heating And Domestic Hot Water); − Inventory Of The Rooms And Spaces In Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed, In Particular The Rooms Of The Heating Substation, The Sub-Basin, The Slide Tower And The Roof Of The Lower Part Of The Building (Intended For The Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation); − Presenting And Agreeing With The Ordering Party The Initial Design Conditions That Will Be The Basis For Further Design Work, Including Design Solutions Along With Documents Confirming The Quality And Technical Parameters Of The Proposed Devices And Materials; − Preparation Of Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, For All Industries Required For The Execution Of The Order (Structural, Electrical, Sanitary, Other Necessary For The Execution Of The Order), To The Extent Necessary To Obtain All Arrangements, Permits, Opinions And Decisions Necessary To Perform The Order, Including Those Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And To Obtain An Occupancy Permit (If Required) And A Permit To Connect To The Energy And Heating Networks; − Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection (Bioz); − Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates For All Works Included In The Order; − Obtaining A Building Permit To The Extent That Requires Such A Permit (Construction Of A Container Heat Source, Expansion Of A Photovoltaic Installation); − Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Approvals From External Entities Regarding The Project, Including Approvals From Appraisers, Including, Among Others, Agreement On The Technical Design Of Heat Pumps With A Fire Protection Expert, And Approval Of The Design Of Geological Works Related To The Construction Of The Lower Spring By The Relevant Environmental Protection Office And The Relevant Mining Office; − Agreeing On The Technical Design Of A New Heat Distribution Center With The Heat Supplier And Submitting An Application To Change The Ordered Power; − Obtaining New Connection Conditions To The Power Grid, Agreeing On The Design Of A New Electrical And Photovol
