The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Called: Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Dąbrówka. The Scope Of The Task Includes. 1. Obtaining Opinions And Arrangements Resulting From The Regulations; 2. Obtaining A Building Permit For Construction Works For Which Obtaining A Permit Is Required; 3. Construction Of Sewage Treatment Plant Facilities Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Based On The Prepared Designs And Documents Constituting The Contract; 4. Commissioning Of Facilities And Installations Completed Under The Contract; 5. Preparation Of Documents Related To Putting Facilities And Installations Into Operation; The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final And Valid Water Permit Decision, Adapted To The Increased Capacity Of The Treatment Plant, No Later Than July 31, 2027. The Order Should Be Implemented Based On The Design And Build Principle Referred To In Art. 103 Section 3, Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.
