Part 1: B1 Driving License Course. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Category B Driving License Course: A. Number Of Participants - 25 People, Subject To The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of People Participating In The Course/Classes For Reasons Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, Resulting From Not Taking The Course/Classes Or Resignation Despite Previous Declarations Of Participation, B. Course Duration Per Person: • Theoretical Part: 30 Hours. (1 Hour Of Classes = 45 Teaching Minutes);• Practical Part: 30 Hours. (1 Hour Of Classes = 60 Clock Minutes);• Frequency - Individually Agreed With The Participant. Examination Part - Conducting Internal Examinations (Theoretical Part And Practical Part, As Well As, If Necessary, One Re-Sit Examination For Both The Theoretical And Practical Parts). D. Pay Fees For The Theoretical And Practical State Examination.2. The Aim Of The Course Is To Obtain A Category B Driving License For Students Of The School Complex In Nowy Dwór Gdański, Which Will Enable Graduates To Find Work Not Only On The Local Labor Market. Independent Mobility Will Allow Young People To Work In Closer Or Further Enterprises.3. Each Course Participant Should Be Provided With Appropriate Training Materials And Stationery In The Form Of An A4 Notebook Of At Least 30 Pages, A Pen, A Theoretical Manual Containing All The Necessary Information On Road Traffic Regulations, Signs And Signals, As Well As Safe Driving Rules, As Well As Online Tests Enabling Students To Check Their Knowledge Before The Theoretical Exam Through Interactive Questions.4. Teaching Materials Should Be Provided To Participants At The Start Of The Course. Each Training Participant Will Confirm Their Receipt On A Collective List Prepared By The Contractor.5. The Materials Should Be Marked In Accordance With The Manual For Applicants And Beneficiaries Of European Funds For 2021-2027 In The Field Of Information And Promotion. 6. The Contractor Must Provide A Maneuvering Area, Passenger Cars With A Valid Technical Inspection And Valid Insurance To Carry Out Practical Classes. Each Trainer Should Have A Separate Car.7. The Training Should End With The Opportunity To Take The State Exam For A Category B Driving License. 8. The Cost Calculation For The Course Should Include: A. The Cost Of Creating A Driver Candidate Profile By Each Course Participant Before It Starts, B. The Cost Of Performing Medical Examinations In Order To Issue The Necessary Medical Certificate. In The Event Of A Participants Elimination For Health Reasons, The Contractor Shall Bear The Cost Of The Above-Mentioned Medical Examination Of The Next Person From The Reserve List Of Persons Qualified For The Course. The Next Examination Should Be Organized No Later Than Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of The Previous Examination. The Contractor Will Provide A Copy Of The Documentation Confirming The Performance Of These Tests To The Ordering Party Two Days Before The Start
