The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of Buildings Based On The Existing Design Documentation And Construction Permit, 2) Removal From The Renovated Buildings And Disposal Of All Movable Property Contained In Them, 3) Design Work In The Preparation Of Workshop And Technological Designs Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, And Preparation Of Replacement Drawings In Relation To The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, In The Event That The Contractor Applies For The Introduction Of Replacement Solutions; 4) Delivery Of Devices Related To The Subject Of The Order And Their Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With The Opz; 5) Coordination Of Its Work With The Work Of Other Contractors On The Ordering Partys Premises6) Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptance Procedures After The Completion Of The Works And Works And Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Approvals And Notifications Allowing The Ordering Party To Use The Facility, Including The Spaces Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Preparing As-Built Documentation In The Form And Scope Consistent With The Contract;7) Air-Conditioning Devices: Use Devices Enabling Setting The Temperature Inside The Rooms At Least In The Range Of 19°C-23°C, With Heating Efficiency (Cop) Min. 4.5 (Which Means At Least 4.5 Kw Of Thermal Power From 1 Kw Of Electrical Power) And With A Cooling Efficiency (Eer) Of Min. 4 (Which Means At Least 4 Kw Of Cooling Power From 1 Kw Of Electrical Power), Operating At External Temperatures From -25°C To +43°C, With An Intelligent Defrost Function (Based On Sensors, Not Clock Settings);8) Guarantee And Warranty Benefits On The Terms Provided For In The Agreement.3.
