Stella - Sawicki Near The Avia Estate, With A Pedestrian Crossing Through Ul. Stella-Sawicki And The Reconstruction Of The Turnaround Road In The Medweckiego Area. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz; C) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Appendix To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features.
