1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of An Investment Task Covering Two Related Scopes: 1.1. Scope A (Design And Build): I.E. Preparation Of An Executive Design For All Industries (Structural, Sanitary, Electrical And Other Necessary) Based On The Functional And Utility Program, The Details And Description Of Which Constitute: Approved Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), Technical Design For The Construction Industry, Technical Design For The Sanitary Industry, Technical Design For The Electrical Industry Along With The Decision Granting A Building Permit, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities Of Works And Then Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Residential, Multi-Family Building No. 2 - Stage Ii At Ul. Słowackiego In Człuchów, As Well As Preparing The Required As-Built Documentation, Carrying Out All Necessary Inspections And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 1.2. Scope B (Design And Build): I.E. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, And Then Performing Construction Works On Its Basis, Including Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Surface In The Form Of A Pedestrian And Roadway On A Fragment Of The Plot Of Municipal Road No. 321, Carried Out As Part Of The Task: Construction Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings In Człuchów At Ul. Słowackiego As Well As Preparing The Required As-Built Documentation, Carrying Out All Necessary Inspections And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Subject Of The Order Is An Element Of The Access Road To National Road No. 25, Through Municipal Road No. 10 - Człuchów Miasto (Ob. 64) For The Investment Of Construction Of Residential Buildings On The Adjacent Construction Plot. The Designed Internal Road In The Form Of A Pedestrian And Traffic Route Is Intended To Ensure Safe And Comfortable Communication Services For The Adjacent Multi-Family Residential Areas And Neighboring Plots. The Pedestrian And Roadway Will Be Intended For Passenger Vehicles, Technical Service Vehicles And Pedestrians, While Maintaining Road Safety Rules.
