In Addition, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Secure The Work Area, Taking Into Account In Particular The Ordering Partys And Its Own Property; In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Dismantled Equipment And Materials At Its Own Expense. B) To Ensure Its Own Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste. C) Tidying Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restoring It To The Condition It Was In Before The Start4.
