1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Materials For The Ongoing Maintenance Of District Roads In 2026: Part Ii Asphalt Emulsion, C65 B3 Pu/Rc, Intended For Surface Consolidations And Partial Renovations Of Roads Subject To Traffic Kr1-Kr4, According To The Pn-En 13808 Standard - In An Amount Of 65 Mg, Means Of Transport For The Successive Collection Of Materials For Part Ii, In Quantities No Greater Than 4 Mg For One Transport, Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party On Its Own In Consultation With The Contractor Who Receives The Order. It Is Also Stipulated That The Transport Distance Of The Asphalt Emulsion In Question Will Not Exceed 60 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2. The Ordering Party May At Any Time Order Laboratory Tests Of The Quality Of The Delivered Goods. If The Ordering Party Finds That The Delivered Material Does Not Meet The Required Quality Parameters, The Contractor Will Be Charged With The Costs Of Laboratory Tests And Will Be Obliged To Collect The Material Of Inappropriate Quality At Its Own Expense And Deliver Material That Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements3. There Is No Remuneration For Material That Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party
