The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel And Catering Services For Theoretical And Practical Training In The Hotel And The Area Adjacent To The Hotel Between May 18-22, 2026 As Part Of The Project Entitled Schengen Area - New Challenges For Poland And Slovakia Co-Financed By The European Union From The Erdf Under The Interreg Poland-Slovakia Cooperation Program 2021-2027. Detailed Information Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract).2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Services Provided By Establishments Offering Food And Accommodation - 55270000-33. The Ordering Party Allows Subcontractors. If The Contractor Uses Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests An Indication Of The Part Of The Order That He Intends To Entrust To Them. Provisions Regarding Subcontractors Are Included In Chapter Xi Of The Swz And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).4. The Ordering Party May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Granted To It.5. The Order Must Be Completed Between May 18, 2026 And May 22, 2026.
