1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Sterilization Equipment For Pcm Sp. Z O. O. (Hereinafter: Equipment Or Apparatus), In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Together With Equipment, Installation, Commissioning And Transport, Unloading And Bringing (At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor) In The Manner And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, To Pabianicki Centrum Medyczne Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2, Also Known As Opz.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Be Brand New Equipment (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2026), Unused, Complete, And It Will Not Be Necessary To Purchase Additional Elements And Accessories To Start It And Use It As Intended. The Equipment Or Any Of Its Components, Fittings, Etc. They Cannot Be Reconditioned, Post-Exhibition And Cannot Be Previously Used By Another Entity.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Performs The Required Periodic Inspections Free Of Charge At Its Premises During The Offered Warranty Period.5. The Ordering Party Requires That This Order Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of Sustainable Development And Environmental Protection Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Contractor Is Responsible For Collecting The Necessary Information Regarding Compliance With The Dnsh Principle As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract And Presenting It As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Contract Template.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use As A Medical Device - This Applies Only To Medical Devices. Medical Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Medical Devices Within The Meaning Of The Medical Devices Act Of April 7, 2022 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And The Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 5, 2017 On Medical Devices. The Offered Medical Devices Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Poland In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Medical Devices Act.7. The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Be Complete And Ready For Use After Installation Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Is Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Approval For Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party In Opz.9. The Ordering Party Informs That If It Defines The Subject Of The Contract In The Swz By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characte
