Task No. 1 - Supplies Of Photocopier Paper1. The Subject Of The Order Are The Successive Deliveries By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Xerographic Paper (Task No. 1) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Goods) Of The Type And Quantity Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement And In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz2. If There Is No Demand For The Product Range Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Order Part Of The Product Range Specified In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz In The Basic Scope, Subject To Section 3. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages Or Claims Based On Any Other Legal Basis, To Which The Contractor Consents.3. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Value Of Deliveries In A Given Task In The Basic Scope Will Be 60% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract In The Basic Scope Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement For A Given Task.
