The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Occasional Transport (Within The Meaning Of Article 4 Point 11 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport) Of People - Members Of The Academic Choir Of The Warsaw University Of Technology, Starting And Ending In Poland, With The Journey Between The Starting And Destination Place Taking Place With Crossing The Border Of The Republic Of Poland/Outside The Country Within The European Union. The Scope Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Service In Question, Including The Dates And Times Of Departure/Return, Routes Of Each Transport Task, The Number Of Participants In The Trip And Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of The Services Covered By The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
