Along With The Necessary Software, Licenses, Implementation And Manufacturers Support.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: Appendix No. 9A To The Swz - Utm Class Device. Appendix No. 9B To The Swz - Access Points. Appendix No. 9C To The Swz - Disk Array. Appendix No. 9D To The Swz - Server. Appendix No. 9E To The Swz - Network Switch. Appendix No. 10 To The Swz - Draft Contract3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) Deliveries, Including Transport Of Equipment, Bringing In, Assembly (If Applicable), Setting In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Be Carried Out To The Mełgiew Commune Office, Address: Ul. Partyzancka 2, 21-007 Mełgiew, Commune Mełgiew, In Accordance With Annex 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D, 9E To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2) The Devices Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production: No Earlier Than 2025) And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Correct Operation At The Ordering Partys Premises, Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel And Represent The Model Of The Current Production Line. Refurbished, Demonstration Or Exhibition Devices Are Not Allowed. 3) Devices With Legal Defects In Terms Of The Origin Of The Equipment, Technical Support And Manufacturers Warranty Are Not Allowed. 4) The Components Of The Devices Must Be Products Of The Device Manufacturer Or Be Certified By Him, And All Of Them Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. 5) The Devices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. 6) Each Device Must Be Provided With A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Polish In Paper Or Electronic Form. 7) All Devices Are To Be Installed And Connected In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. Warranty: The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For The Delivered Devices In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 9A, 9B, 9C, 9D, 9E To The Swz, For A Minimum Period: 1) Utm Class Device - In Accordance With Annex No. 9A To The Swz; 2) Access Points - Backup - In Accordance With Annex No. 9B To The Swz; 3) Disk Array – Minimum 24 Months; (The Final Warranty Period Will Result From The Contractors Offer); 4) Server – Minimum 24 Months; (The Final Warranty Period Will Result From The Contractors Offer); 5) Network Switch - In Accordance With Annex No. 9E To The Swz.
