The Area Designated For The Construction Of The Local Biocenter Lbc 12 With Wetland Is Located In The South Moravian Region, Znojmo District, C.Ú. Olbramovice Near Moravské Krumlov. In The Locality Of Interest, A Field Survey, Altimetry And Topography Survey And Construction-Technical Survey Were Carried Out. The Construction Site Is Located At An Altitude Of Approximately 205 M Above Sea Level. Currently, These Are Plots Of Land Used As Arable Land. The Project Is Internally Divided Into Construction Objects So 01 Water Pools And So 02 Vegetation Modifications. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is As Follows - Creation Of Project Documentation Of The Actual Implementation, - Implementation Of 3-Year Follow-Up Care According To The Schedule Specified In The Draft Contract For The Work (Appendix No. 3 Tender Documentation) - On Behalf Of The Client, Ensuring The Necessary Decisions, E.G. Permission For The Special Use Of Roads, Consent To Encroachment On Greenery, Permission To Occupy Public Space, Notification To The Oip, Etc., If Necessary.
