In The Addressed Part Of Public Lighting, 437 Light Points With A Total Installed Input Of Approx. 37,521Kw Are Operated, While The System Uses A Combination Of Sodium Discharge Lamps, Older Types Of Lamps And Non-Uniform Led Lamps Without Central Regulation. The System Is Energy Inefficient, With A High Consumption Of Electricity And A Limited Ability To Control Traffic. The Technical Condition Of Some Of The Lights, Booms And Masts Is Unsatisfactory, In Some Places At The Limit Of Their Service Life. In Addition, The System Is Burdened By Non-Optimally Sized Main Circuit Breakers In Vo Switchboards, Which Increases Fixed Payments For Distribution. The Existing Solution Also Insufficiently Limits Light Pollution And Does Not Meet The Current Requirements For The Quality, Efficiency And Sustainability Of Public Lighting. The Initial State Thus Represents An Operationally Expensive Operation With No Possibility Of Further Development. The Power Supply Of The Light Points Is Carried Out Mainly By Cable Lines. When Replacing Light Fixtures, The Power Supply Of The Individual Light Fixtures In Their Terminal Boxes Will First Be Disconnected From The Vo Distribution. After That, The Existing Lights Will Be Dismantled From The Booms. The New Led Light Will Be Powered From The New Cyky-J 3X1.5Mm2 Supply Cable. Depending On The Condition Of The Existing Boom, The New Fixture Will Be Installed On Either The New Or Existing Boom. Subsequently, The Power Cable Will Be Connected To The Vo Distribution In The Terminal Box. Depending On The Technical Condition (Age, Functionality, Wear), This Terminal Block Can Be Replaced With A New One. Lamps Will Be Replaced On A Concrete Or Steel Mast. As Part Of The Project, Vo Switchboards Will Be Equipped With Switching Elements That Will Prevent The Unwanted Tripping Of Overcurrent Protections Due To The Impact Of Inrush Currents Of Led Lighting Power Sources. As Part Of The Project, The Entire Route In Za Radnicí Street Will Also Be Replaced Between 4.45 – 4.55. In Addition, The Masts Will Be Replaced 1:1 And Connected To Existing Distribution Systems In The Amount Of 19 Pieces. After The Completion Of The Replacement Of All Lighting Fixtures According To The Project, A Revision Report, A Protocol On The Measurement Of Illuminance And Passportization Of Public Lighting Will Be Drawn Up. The Contract Will Be Implemented In The Scope, Quality And Parameters In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Execution Of The Work, Set Out In The Tender Documentation, With The Project Documentation And Technical Specification Prepared By Enerdesign, S.R.O., Na Srážku 2071/8, Prague 4, 143 00, Ič: 196 94 415. When Performing The Work, The Contractor Will Proceed In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Execution Of The Work As Set Out In The Tender Documentation.
