This Announcement Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information As Part Of A Detailed Market Survey For Potential Bidders. The Matters Presented In This Request For Information Are Preliminary Drafts, And They Do Not Bind The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Procurement As Presented In The Plans. The Finnish Museum Agency / National Museum Of Finland Organizes A Market Survey Phase Regarding Olavinlinnas Restaurant Operations, Which Includes Olavinlinnas Restaurant Operations, I.E. Restaurant, Cafe And Catering Services (Rkc Services). The Aim Is To Tender Olavinlinnas Restaurant Operations After The Market Survey. The New Contract Period Begins On August 1, 2027. Rkc Services Are Seen As An Essential Part Of Olavinlinnas Service Package, But Also As An Independently Interesting Part Of Olavinlinnas Operations, And The Future Service Provider Of Restaurant Operations Has The Opportunity To Participate And Influence The Development Of These Services And Concepts. As Part Of The Market Survey, A Market Dialogue Will Be Organized, To Which Bidders Interested In Procurement Are Asked To Register Primarily By E-Mail To Consultant Eeva-Maija Heikkinen [email protected]. One (1) Hour Discussion Time Will Be Reserved For Each Registered Bidder. The Dialogue Events Will Be Organized In April 2026 As Teams Meetings As Follows: Teams Mon 20 April 2026 Between 12:00 And 16:00 And Wed 22 April 2026 Between 12:30 And 15:30 Matters To Be Discussed In The Dialogue: 1. What Kind Of Concepts Do You Propose For Rkc Services? What Kind Of Activity Opportunities Do You See In The Destination? 2. Are You Interested In Seasons/Events Other Than The Summer Season? 3. How Do You See Your Own Role In Terms Of Sales And Marketing Of Facilities And Services? 4. Comments On The Contract Period And Procurement Method, As Well As Financial Marginal Conditions (E.G. Rent, Investments, Division Of Responsibilities) 5. Did Something Remain To Be Thought About Or Unclear At This Stage? Are There Any Essential Things To Take Into Account In Terms Of The Smoothness And Operation Of Rkc Services? In Order To Prepare For The Dialogue Events, The Procurement Unit Will, Upon Request, Provide Advance Material On The Procurement Target To Those Interested In Procurement. Material Requests Should Be Sent By E-Mail To The Address [email protected]. Participation In The Market Survey Phase Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Possible Tender, And It Has No Effect On The Bidders Position In It. The Information And Feedback Obtained In The Market Dialogue Can Be Used In The Preparation Of A Possible Future Competition. No Compensation Will Be Paid For Participating In The Market Dialogue And For The Resulting Costs. The Information Presented By The Bidders During The Negotiations Is Treated Confidentially.
