The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Appointment Of A Titular Auditor And A Substitute Auditor Called To Replace, In Application Of Article L.823-1 Of The Commercial Code, The Incumbent In The Event Of Refusal, Incapacity, Resignation Or Death. The General Mission Includes Two Inseparable Components: - On The One Hand The Certification Of The Annual Accounts, And - On The Other Hand The Specific Verifications Provided For By Legal And Regulatory Texts. The Public Health Establishment Has The Possibility Of Appointing Two Auditors Who Carry Out Their Mission In Application Of Professional Practice Standard 100. The Annual Accounts Include The Balance Sheet, The Income Statement And The Annex To The Financial Account. The Specific Verifications Relate To The Verification Of The Sincerity And Concordance With The Annual Accounts Of The Information Given In The Report Mentioned In Article R.6145-44 Of The Public Health Code.
