Preparation And Submission Of Works Methodology And Construction Program. Installation And Management Of Public Safety Controls. Installation Of New Retaining Wall And Batter Stabilisation Adjacent To The Extension To Provide A Level Transition From The Access Path. Installation Of New Septic And Collection Tank Installation Of New 6Kl Rainwater Tank. New Service Connections To Electrical Fittings, Wash Basins And Toilets. Disposal Of Building Waste And Vegetation As Required.
