Descriptionbackground Harstad Harbor Is To Enter Into A New Agreement For The Collection And Treatment Of Ship Waste/Renovation At The Municipalitys Quays, As The Existing Agreement Expires. The Procurement Is Carried Out To Ensure A Robust, Efficient And Environmentally Responsible Handling Of Waste From Ships, In Line With Current Regulations And The Operational Needs Of The Port Of Harstad. The Delivery Must Work With Varying Quay Design And Operating Conditions, And Also Includes Activity In Areas With Special Security Requirements (Isps). Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Includes Reception, Collection, Transport And Treatment Of Ship Waste From Various Municipal Quays In Harstad. The Assignment Will Cover Both Fixed, Planned Collections And Needs-Based Orders/Preparedness To Handle Variations In Arrivals And Waste Quantities. The Delivery Shall Include Relevant Waste Fractions From Ships, Including Mixed Waste, Residual Waste And Source-Sorted Fractions, Food Waste, Oily Waste And Waste Oil From Engine Rooms, As Well As Septic/Black Water And Gray Water. The Assignment Includes Associated Documentation And Reporting Related To Reception And Processing, With Traceability Per Fraction And Basis For The Municipalitys Environmental Reporting.
