The Project Focuses On Essential Repairs, Protective Treatments And Upgrades To Extend The Service Life Of The Multi Storey Car Park While Ensuring Continued Operation, Minimising Disruption To Users, Neighbouring Properties And The Police Station. The Works Are To The South Of The Car Park, Adjacent To The Police Station, Except In A Few Localised Areas.The Works Include, But Are Not Limited To:•Carbon Fibre Structural Wrapping & Associated Works, Such As Concrete Repairs, To 20No. Columns On Level 1.•Application Of Triflex Surface Waterproof Coatings To Cracking On The Top Exposed Deck On Level 5Removal & Replacement Of Expansion Joints To The Top Exposed Deck On Level 5•Application Of Steelwork Protective Coatings & Associated Works, Such As De-Rusting & Preparation Of The Steelwork On Level 4.
