The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pv) At 5 Buildings In The Village Of Ludgeřovice Incl. Turnkey Battery Storage And Connection Of Public Lighting, Including Training Of Responsible Employees Of The Contracting Authority And Including Related Engineering Activities. The Subject Of The Delivery Is The Implementation (Installation And Assembly) And Commissioning Of Pv Plants On The Roofs Of Selected Buildings With A Total Output Of 65.81 Kwp And Storage With A Total Usable Capacity Of 81.2 Kwh Incl. Related Engineering Activities To The Extent Necessary. The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation For The Installation Of Pv Plants On Five Objects, Namely: 1) Fve Zš And Kindergarten Dolní Škola: Installation Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System Without The Possibility Of Island Operation (Fve) On The Roof Of The Building On The Par. No. 849 In The Registry Office [688410] Ludgeřovice. The Panels On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Placed On A Folded Roof Covering. Own Pv Installations With Output Of Min. 10.7 Kwp Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 20 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Output Of Min. 535 Wp. The Total Usable Battery Capacity Is Min. 11.6 Kwh. 2) Fve Pošta: Installation Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System Without The Possibility Of Island Operation (Fve) On The Roof Of The Building On The Parcel Of Par. No. 490 In The Registry Office [688410] Ludgeřovice. The Panels On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Placed On A Trapezoidal Roof Covering. Own Pv Installations With Output Of Min. 17.12 Kwp Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 32 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Output Of Min. 535 Wp. The Total Usable Battery Capacity Is Min. 11.6 Kwh. 3) Fve Firefighters: Installation Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System Without The Possibility Of Island Operation (Fve) On The Roof Of The Building On The Plot Of Par. No. 379/1 In The Registry Office [688410] Ludgeřovice. The Panels On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Placed On A Trapezoidal Roof Covering. Own Pv Installations With Output Of Min. 18.19 Kwp Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 34 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Output Of Min. 535 Wp. The Total Usable Battery Capacity Is Min. 23.2 Kwh. 4) Pve Culture House: Installation Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System Without The Possibility Of Island Operation (Pve) On The Roof Of The Building On The Parcel Of Par. No. 601 In The Registry Office [688410] Ludgeřovice. The Panels On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Placed On A Trapezoidal Roof Covering. Own Pv Installations With Output Of Min. 10.7 Kwp Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 20 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Output Of Min. 535 Wp. The Total Usable Battery Capacity Is Min. 23.2 Kwh. 5) Solar Pv Of Sovičky Kindergarten: Installation Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System Without The Possibility Of Island Operation (Pv) On The Roof Of The Building On The Par. No. 753 In The Registry Office [688410] Ludgeřovice. The Panels On The Roof Of The Building Will Be Placed On A Rebated Roof Covering. Own Pv Installations With Output Of Min. 9.1 Kwp Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 17 Photovoltaic Panels With A Nominal Output Of Min. 535 Wp. The Total Usable Battery Capacity Is Min. 11.6 Kwh. This Is Not A Contract Divided Into Parts, Only The Total Bid Price Is The Sum Of The Prices For Five Objects, Where The Total Bid Price Is Indicated In Appendix No. 1 Zd - Cover Sheet Of The Bid. The Produced Pv Plants Will Be Used For The Production Of Electricity, And The Implementation Of The Project Will Lead To Energy Savings In The Given Collection Points Through Pv Plant Installations. Any Excess Electricity Will Be Stored In Accumulators. Pv Constructions Will Consist Of The Installation Of Pv Panels On The Roofs Of The Clients Buildings. The Pv Panels Will Be Installed Using The Construction System Typical For The Roof Installation Specified In The Project Documentation. The Structures Will Be Laid Out And Set Up To Withstand The Weather Conditions Of The Given Location. The Subject Of The Contract Will Thus Include The Supply Of Complete Technology, Assembly Of Structures, Pv Panels And Storage For The Accumulation Of Electrical Energy. Furthermore, Complete Necessary Electrical Installation And Modification Of Existing Switchboards (If Necessary) At The Point Of Connection. The Contract Also Includes The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Condition. The Duty Of The Selected Supplier As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract Is Also Related Engineering, In Particular Ensuring The Connection Of The Completed Work To The Electrical Network With The Relevant Distributor, Which Is Čez Distribuce, A.S. (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Distribution System Operator Or Pds), I.E. Enabling A Permanent Connection (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Utp) On The Basis Of The Issued Final Operational Notice Of The Distribution System Operator), Processing Of All Necessary Permits, Consents Or Licenses At The Energy Regulatory Office (Or Its Extension) Or Another State Or Local Government Office, Including The Preparation Of All Necessary Documents, If Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Work. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Shall Provide The Supplier With All Necessary Cooperation. The Proposed Pv Plant Incl. The Scope And Operational Characteristics Of The Accumulations Will Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Tender Documentation And In Their Appendices. The Starting Basis For The Processing Of The Offer Is Appendix Zd No. 4 (Project Documentation) And Appendix Zd No. 6 (Table Of Technical Specifications). The Supplier Will Comprehensively Perform All Activities From The Delivery And Installation Of The Pv Plant And Commissioning Of The Pv Plant. The Subject Of The Order Is A Complete Turnkey Supply, Including The Provision Of All Activities Necessary To Put The Power Plant Into Operation (Utp, Including Other Activities Not Explicitly Mentioned Necessary To Fulfill The Clients Project Plan). A More Detailed Technical And Technological Description Of The Individual Components Of The Subject Of This Contract Is Contained In The Project Documentation (Appendix No. 4 Zd) And The Table Of Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 6 Zd), While Other Essential Information For The Participants, Which They Are Obliged To Follow, Is Contained In The Connection Contracts (Appendix No. 5 Zd). The Contractor Will Therefore Ensure The Complete, Functional And Faultless Execution Of All Construction And Assembly Work, Including The Supply Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Work And The Execution Of Engineering Activities, The Fulfillment Of All Conditions For The Possible Issuance Of Approval Approval/Approval Decision And For The Connection Of The Pv Plant To The Distribution Network.
