The Quantities Included In This Contract Are Provided For Purely Indicative Purposes And Suppliers Will Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation If These Quantities Are Not Reached. The Contract May Be Terminated Under The Legal Conditions Specified In The Point “Failure To Perform And Sanction”. In Addition To The Legal Provisions In This Area, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, In The Event Of A Breach Of Contract, To Exclude The Successful Bidder From Future Contracts For A Period Of 4 Years.
