This Public Procurement Concerns A 48-Month Framework Agreement (2026-2029) For The Purchase, Supply And Installation Of Large Kitchen Equipment For All Recognized Territorial Kitchen Complexes In Defense. This Framework Agreement Concerns The Purchase, Supply And Installation Of Various Major Kitchen Appliances, Such As Industrial Dishwashers, Combi Ovens, Kettles, Fryers, Frying Pans, Cookers, Extractor Hoods And Refrigeration Installations (Freezers, Refrigerated Counters, Etc.). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded, If Possible, With Several Economic Operators For A Period Of 48 Months From Notification Of The Framework Agreement. In Application Of This Framework Agreement, Each Time Concrete Needs Arise In The Field Of This Public Procurement, Mini-Competitions Will Be Organized Between The Selected Participants Of This Framework Agreement Via A Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication (Pnspp). This Way, Participants Can Compete And Submit Their Best Possible Offer. The Number Of Participants With Whom This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Is Not Limited. The Aim Is To Be Able To Conclude The Framework Agreement With Several Selected Participants.
