Oulus Urban Environmental Service Is Requesting A Bid For The Basic Improvement Of Haukiputaas Central Field. The Contract Includes The Construction Of Municipal Engineering, Sport-Specific Performance Venues, Public Skating Area And Parking Areas, Fully Completed To The Extent Presented In The Contract Documents. In The Contract, The Part Of The Load-Bearing Layer Of The Earth Cutting Will Be Piled Up In Virpiniemi. (Driving Distance 3-4 Km). The Quantity And Unit Price List Has Separate Lines For Pricing These Work Steps. Plan Maps Of The Delivery Locations Are Attached. Surplus Masses, For Which The Customer Does Not Have A Place To Assign, Are The Property Of The Contractor. The More Detailed Content Of The Contract Is Described In The Tender Documents. The Total Price Of The Tender Must Be Based On The Delivered Quantities And Litters According To The Quantity And Unit Price Lists (Attached). The Given Transcripts May Not Be Changed Or Other New Transcripts May Not Be Included In The Offer. The Contractor Acts In This Contract As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation (Occupational Safety Act 738/2002 And Government Decree On Construction Safety 205/2009). The Contract Also Includes Making The Necessary Plans. The Selected Contractor Is Required To Have Accurate Measurements And The Completed Measurements Are Saved In The Customers System. A Machine Control Model Will Be Prepared For The Project. The Contracts Warranty Period Is 2 Years According To Yse. A 10-Year Manufacturers Warranty Is Required For The Lamps, Which Includes The Lamp As A Whole With All Its Components. The Intermediate Goal For The Completion Of The Total Price Contract Is 16.10.2026. The Work Must Be Completed On August 31, 2027.
