Helsinkis Urban Environment Industry Is Tendering For The Procurement Of The Piloting Of Construction Site Water Treatment Solutions In The Savikko Areas. The Aim Of The Piloting Project Is To Find Reliable And Cost-Effective Water Treatment Solutions, Which Can Reliably Bring The Concentration Of Fine Solids In The Pumped-Out Construction Site Water To The Guideline Values For Water Drained From The Construction Site Presented In The Capital Regions Construction Water Guideline With Varying Flow Rates And Solids Concentrations (When The Work Site Is Near A Sensitive Water Body, Guideline Value ≤ 30 Mg/L)- Which Are Portable And Easy To Use - Which Are Cost-Effective In Terms Of Both Procurement And Use. At The End Of The Piloting Project, The Customer Collects The Data Obtained From The Piloting, Which Is Analyzed And A Report Is Prepared On The Piloting For The Customers Use. The Information Will Be Used To Define And Guide Further Measures For The Treatment Of Construction Site Water In Clay Areas In Helsinki. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas, Which Are: 1. A Method That Does Not Use Chemicals; For Example Filtering Or Settling2. A Method Using Chemicals; For Example Flocculation Or Chemical Precipitation The Tender Can Be Submitted For One Or More Sub-Areas. For Sub-Area 1, The Supplier With The Highest Price Points (1 Supplier) Will Be Selected As The Supplier. If Less Than 3 Suppliers Are Selected For Sub-Area 2, More Suppliers Will Be Selected For Sub-Area 1 So That The Total Number Of Suppliers Selected For Piloting Does Not Exceed Four. For Sub-Area 2, The Three Suppliers With The Highest Price Points (3 Suppliers) Will Be Selected. If There Are Less Than Three Offers In Sub-Area 2 That Meet The Minimum Requirements, All Of Them Will Be Selected. If A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Minimum Requirements Are Not Received For One Of The Sub-Areas (Sub-Area 1, 1 Offer, Sub-Area 2, 3 Offers), The Missing Suppliers Will Be Selected From Among Those Who Have Offered The Relevant Sub-Area As Secondary. In Other Words, For The Sake Of Clarity: The Aim Is To Select The Maximum Number Of Suppliers For Both Sub-Areas, Primarily Among Those Who Have Primarily Offered For That Part Of The Area And Secondarily Among Those Who Have Secondarily Offered For The Sub-Area.
