The Procurement Concerns The Dynamic Procurement Arrangement Vakedno-2024-393 Of The Services Implemented In The Home And Other Operating Environments Of The Disabled Services, Which Was Established By A Tender Published On 25 November 2024. The Acquisition Currently Includes The Following Areas: 1. Coaching2. Helper At Home3. Nurse At Home4. Special Participation Support This Request For Information Concerns The First Opening Of The Procurement Arrangement Described Above, Where New Areas Are Opened For Procurement. After The Dynamic Procurement Arrangement Opens Again, A Service Provider Who Has Not Submitted A Bid Or Has Not Become A Selected Service Provider During The Establishment Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement Arrangement Can Submit A Bid And Become A Selected Service Provider. Treatment Of Respiratory Failure Clients Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Service Need Assessment And Service Plan Drawn Up For Each Client, At The Clients Home Or At The Service Providers Premises. The Treatment Can Take Place Around The Clock Or As Morning, Evening And/Or Night Care. Area 9 Other Care Groups Including Round-The-Clock Care Service At The Customers Home Area 10 Other Care Groups Including Round-The-Clock Care Service At The Service Providers Premises Customers Of Other Care Groups Have A Health Reason Other Than Breathing (E.G. Disabled In Various Ways) For Which A Care Circle Service Must Be Arranged For The Customer. The Need Is Based On A Social Or Healthcare Client. Treatment Sessions Are Carried Out At The Customers Home Or At The Service Providers Premises, And The Customers Are, As A Rule, Minor Children. The Care Can Be Provided Around The Clock Or As Morning, Evening And/Or Night Care. In Addition, The Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area Is Planning The Possible Opening Of A Family Care Sub-Area For This Acquisition. The Sub-Area Would Include Short- Or Long-Term Family Care In The Home Of The Family Nurse And In The Clients Own Home. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Find Out The Views Of The Service Providers On The Market Regarding The Planned Procurement, So That The Future Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. The Procurement Will Be Tendered During 2026. The Person Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Have To Make An Offer, But Instead Responds To The Request For Information In Accordance With The Instructions. Participating In This Request For Information Does Not Bind The Service Provider Or Any Entity Related To It, And Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Possible Subsequent Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Information Request. Answering The Information Request Takes Place Under Other Conditions. Responses To Information Requests Are Treated Confidentially.
