The Object Of The Acquisition Is Dental Implants And Related Products, As Well As Special Instrumentation Related To Placement. Special Instrumentation Refers To Each Implant Systems Own Torque Wrenches, Screwdrivers And Other Instruments Needed Only For The Installation And Maintenance Of That System. The Contract Period Is Limited And Its Duration Is Two (2) Years From The Signing Of The Contract. After The Fixed Contract Period, This Contract Will Automatically Continue Indefinitely, Unless The Contract Is Terminated Separately In Writing By The Other Party In Accordance With The Contract Terms, However, So That The Contract Period Lasts A Maximum Of Four (4) Years. Sub-Regional Framework Arrangements. In Sub-Areas 1 And 2, The Bidders Who Made The Most Economically Advantageous Bid In Each Of The Three (3) Categories Will Be Selected. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Procurement For The Four (4) Year Contract Period Is Approximately Eur 140,000 (Vat 0%). The Maximum Total Value Of The Framework Arrangement For Four (4) Years Is Eur 180,000 (Vat 0%). The Maximum Total Value Has Been Determined In Such A Way That It Covers Possible Fluctuations In Usage Volumes During The Entire Contract Period. The Predicted Value Is The Purchasing Entitys Estimate, And It Does Not Constitute A Purchase Obligation For The Purchasing Entity.
