Deltaport Gmbh & Co. Kg (Hereinafter: Deltaport) Operates The Rhine-Lippe Port And The Wesel City Port In The Area Of The Hanseatic City Of Wesel As Well As The Emmelsum Port In Voerder City Area (Collectively: Deltaport Ports). The Port Of Emmelsum Is Connected To The District Railway. Deltaport Intends To Create A Further Connection Between The Port Of Emmelsum And The District Railway And, With The Concession To Be Awarded As Part Of This Procedure, To Grant A Company The Right And The Obligation To Subsequently Build At Least A Double-Track Railway Infrastructure And To Operate It Together With The Associated Areas In A Port-Related Manner. The Railway Infrastructure And The Associated Areas Are Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The “Railport”.
