Target The Subject Of This Order Is The Renewal Of The Right To Use And Warranty Support Of The Singularity Platform Workstation And Server Protection Software At Sentinelone Complete Level And Services From The Manufacturer Vigilance Respond Mdr With Rights To Use Functionalities To Protect 1000 Workstations And 100 Servers, For A Period Of 36 Months. Requirements Related To Project Planning 1. The Contractor Must Prepare And Maintain A Schedule For The Implementation Of The System, In Which The Steps Of Introduction Into The Infrastructure Of The Unss Are Described. 2. The Contractor Must Conduct The On-Site Acceptance Tests With The Participation Of Unss Experts. The Tests Must Be Conducted Within 3 Days Of Performing The Installation And Configuration Activities Of The System And Signing The Installation And Configuration Handover Protocol. 3. The Contractor Must Carry Out Training Of Technical Specialists Specified By The Contracting Authority. The Training Should Be Intended For Unss Technical Specialists Who Will Subsequently Work With The System, And The Training Will Be For The Proposed Products For 5 System Administrators. The Contractor Must Be Able To React After Receiving A Signal (Request) By Phone, E-Mail Submitted By The Contracting Authority For A Damage That Has Occurred Within 4 Hours After Its Submission On A Working Day. The Contractor Shall Notify The Employer Of The Status Of The Request On A Daily Basis In The Event That It Cannot Be Resolved Immediately.
