Tenders Are Invited For Services For Providing Temporary Paid Use And Servicing Of Stage Equipment For Open Stages Of The Sofia Opera And Ballet In Three Separate Positions:

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Services: Provision For Temporary, Remunerative Use Of Professional Equipment (Also Known As The Equipment, Technique) For Sound (For Separate Positions No. 1 And 3) And For Lighting (For Separate Position No. 2) For The Rehearsals And Performances Staged By The Sofia Opera And Ballet On Its Open Stages In The Summer Of 2026, Which Will Be Located In Front Of The St. Al. Nevsky-Monument Temple (For Separate Positions No. 1 And 2) And On Ez. Pancharevo (For Special Position No. 3); 2. Provision, At The Expense Of The Selected Contractor, Of The Delivery, Assembly, Disassembly, Programming, Maintenance And Operation Of The Equipment, In Accordance With The Terms Of Execution Of This Public Procurement And The Additional Instructions Of The Contractor For The Relevant Performance, In The Periods Of Performance Of The Subject Of Each Of The Individual Positions; 3. Provision Of At Least One Suitably Qualified Person To Carry Out The Technical Maintenance And Operation Of The Equipment For Each Rehearsal And Each Performance Of The Planned Programs Of The Sofia Opera And Ballet, Which Will Be Held On The Open Stages Of The Sofia Opera And Ballet In Front Of The St. Al. Nevsky Temple-Monument And On The Pancharevo In The Periods Of Implementation Of The Subject Of Each Of The Separate Positions; 4. Provision Of A Technical Team To Dismantle The Equipment After Completion Of The Subject Performance Periods Of Each Of The Designated Positions. The Specific Characteristics And Requirements For The Equipment Subject To Award For Each Of The Individual Items Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications Approved By The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1.1 – For Individual Item No. 1; Appendix No. 1.2 – For Individual Item No. 2 And Appendix No. 1.3 – For Individual Item No. 3), An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
