The Present Public Procurement Is Carried Out With The Financial Support Of The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027 (Prr), Which Is Co-Financed By The European Union Through The European Regional Development Fund, Project Integrated Investment In A Green, Aesthetic And Sustainable Environment In An Area For Public Functions Of High Public Importance In The Central Part Of The City Of Blagoevgrad, Contract No. Bg16ffpr003-1.001-0019-С01. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Construction, Including Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Of An Administrative Building And An Open Terrace Provided For The Management Of The National Revenue Agency. The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), Which Should Be Designed And Executed Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, Are For Carrying Out Major Repairs In The Sense Of Item 42 Of § 5 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Project Proposal Is Aimed At Increasing Energy Efficiency And Achieving Energy Consumption Class A In The Building, By Reducing Final Electricity Consumption With The Introduction Of The Most Effective Package Of Energy-Saving Measures, Achieving Sustainable Energy Development By Increasing The Share Of Renewable Energy Sources Used, As Well As Improving The Comfort Of Living And Providing Better Working Conditions For Employees In The Building. It Is Also Planned To Repair The Terrace, Including Replacement Of Flooring, Security, Implementation Of Measures To Ensure An Accessible Environment For People With Disabilities.
