Delivery And Balancing Of Certain Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Of The Municipality Of Nikola Kozlevo, Connected At Medium And Low Voltage Level, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead, As Well As Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Electricity Trading Rules). The Total Estimated Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Term Of The Contract Is 396 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption For The Term Of The Contract Does Not In Any Way Commit The Employer To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Consumption Of The Employer Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For A Day, For A Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
