The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Periodic Deliveries Of Stools, Work, Visitor And Other (Other) Chairs For The Needs Of The Medical University - Varna, Referred To Below As Goods Or Articles According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries And Installation (If Necessary) Of All Goods After Prior Request And Specification By Type (Commercial Nomenclature), Technical Data, Configuration And Quantities. The Quantities Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Will Serve In The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Volumes According To Its Needs And Financial Security, Including To Request Other Stools, Work, Visitor, Etc. Chairs From The Participants Website. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound To Exhaust The Stated Maximum Allowable Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request Goods Included In The Technical Specification Up To The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Public Procurement Contract, If The Estimated Value For The Realization Of An Option Has Not Been Absorbed In Full. Each Participant Must Submit An Offer For All Items Included In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
