The Project Also Includes The Fenced Play Area And Perimeter Fence In Conjunction To The Structure. Substantial Performance Of This Project Must Be Achieved By May 14, 2027. The Selected Proponent Will Be Required To Construct The Structure. The Footprint Measures Approximately 572 Sqm (6,157Sqft), Single-Storey, And Will Have A Floor Slab Slightly Above Outside Finished Grade. (Reference Drawing Appendix E: C005) There Will Be No Basement Or Crawl Space. The Foundation System Is Spread Footings. It Is The Selected Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Regular Operating Hours Are Implemented In The Construction. The Purpose Of The Information Session Will Be For The School District 57 To Provide An Overview Of The Construction Space, Intent And Invite Questions That Proponents May Have About The Project. All Questions Will Be Complied And Distributed On Bc Bid As An Addendum. Attendance By Proponents Is Mandatory, However Strongly Recommended.
