These Special Administrative Bases Will Govern The Public Tender, Award, Contract, Guarantees, Delivery Times, Sanctions And Payment System Of The Proposal Called “Supply Of Construction Material For The Year 2026”, Financed Both With Resources From The Municipality Of Teodoro Schmidt, Together With Possible Clarifications, Responses To Queries And Other Background Of The Tender. The Municipality Of Teodoro Schmidt, In Accordance With The Powers Conferred On It By Organic Law No. 18,695 And Especially Those Contained In Law 19,886 Of Bases On Administrative Contracts For Supplies And Provision Of Services And Its Corresponding Regulations Approved By Decree 661 2024, Carries Out This Administrative Procedure Of A Bankruptcy Nature Calling On Interested Parties To Provide Goods And Services, To Present Their Offers In This Public Proposal In Accordance With These Bases. And Contractual Conditions And Other Associated Documents, To Provide Construction Material For The Year 2026 To The Municipality Of Teodoro Schmidt.
