The Subject Of The Order Are Partial Renovations Of Road Surfaces Managed By The Municipal Road Administration, Divided Into 5 Tasks: Part No. 1 - Task No. 1: Partial Renovation Of Road Surfaces Managed By The Municipal Road Administration, Located In The City Of Skoczów And The Villages Of The Skoczów Commune, Using Hot-Coated Mineral-Asphalt Mass - In An Amount Of Up To 230 Mg. Partial Renovation Is Understood As A Set Of Technical Procedures Related To The Removal Of Surface Damage. Threatening Traffic Safety, As Well As Treatments Covering Small Areas, Inhibiting The Process Of Increasing The Damage. Renovations Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Organizational Conditions And Technological Requirements, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Warranty Period For The Works Performed Is 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In Annex No. 14 Attached To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu. The Ordering Party Informs That The Given Quantities Are Indicative Quantities, Determined As The Expected Demand For The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract During The Period Of Contract Execution. These Quantities Were Accepted For Valuation And Will Be Used For Comparison Of Offers. The Ordering Party May Perform The Contract In Accordance With The Current Demand And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Performance Of Work In The Quantities Given Above. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Works In Favor Of Others Constituting The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees Payment For The Implementation Of 60% Of The Price Specified In The Offer Form.
