1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Regarding: A) Changing The Lighting System Of The Memory Footbridge, B) Comprehensive Repair, Renovation And Modification Of Photo Plastic Boxes Along With The Audiovisual System, C) Modernization Of The Existing Infrastructure Of The Facility (Pole Bases, Poles, Sculptural Decorations), And Performing Authors Supervision - The Ordering Party Expects 10 Stays On The Construction Site. 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Type And Scope Of Works Covered By The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.3) The Ordering Party Informs That, Additionally/Auxiliarily, It Provides Archival Documentation Regarding The Memory Footbridge Facility In Its Possession, I.E. The Construction And Executive Design Entitled Design Of Poles With A Design Of Sculptural Elements And An Audiovisual Installation Commemorating The Footbridge Between The Large And Small Ghetto. The Documentation Is Attached As Annex 10 To The Swz. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That This Is The Only Documentation In Its Possession And Its Only Form. 4) Additional/General Information About The Facility: Memory Footbridge Is An Object In The Form Of 4 Masts-Poles With Sculptural Elements, Electrical And Audiovisual Installations Allowing Viewing Information Materials About The History Of The Footbridge, Which Was Built In This Place In 1942 Between The Large And Small Warsaw Ghetto. A Brilliant Artistic Installation, The So-Called The Memory Footbridge Was Built In 2011. It Is A Cultural Monument Evoking Memories Of The Former Engineering And Construction Structure, Its History, As Well As All Those People Who Used The Footbridge Connecting The Two Sides Of The Ghetto. The Archive Of Photographs Placed In 4 Stereoscopes With Photos Of The Footbridge Allows You To Travel Back In Time To The First Half Of The 20Th Century. The Area In Which The Facility Is Located Is Subject To Conservation Protection - The Urban Layout Of The Street. Chodna Is Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Of The Province.
