1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Titled: Modernization Of Dirt Roads - Reinforcement With Yomb Slabs - Kormorania Street. 2. The Above-Mentioned Works Include: 1) Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening The Surface With Yomb Slabs At Kormorania Street In Starogard Gdański; 2) Geodetic Marking Of The Route And Geodetic Post-Construction Inventory; 3) Construction Of A Trough For The Surface From 25 Cm Thick Slabs Along With Removal Of Soil From The Troughing; 4) Mechanically Compacted 15 Cm Thick Ballast; 5) Delivery Of Materials To The Site Construction;6) Construction Of The Road From 12.5 Cm Thick Yomb Boards Along With The Entrances To The Property;7) Vertical Adjustment Of Well Covers To The Surface Elevations;8) Vertical Adjustment Of Well Hatches, Inlets And Valves To The Surface Elevations;9) Completion Of Pavement Additions Around The Wells With A Cold Bituminous Mixture;10) Surface Care (Backfilling Of Holes And Compaction);11) Supplementation Roadsides With Soil On Both Sides Of The Road With A Width Of 0.75, Including Planting; 12) Construction Of One Complete Speed Bump Along With The Design And Implementation Of Markings In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is An Auxiliary Material. The Basis For The Valuation Is The Attached Technical Documentation And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Technical Approval From Ibdim Or Another Certificate Or Test Report From Another Equivalent Certification Body Included In The List Of The Polish Center For Accreditation Or Another Conformity Assessment Body From Other Member States Regarding The Openwork Slabs Used. Failure To Present The Above Document Will Be Treated As Evasion Of Concluding The Contract. 5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Regulations, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining The High Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free And Economical Use Of The Created Infrastructure In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, As Well As The Removal Of All Defects And Faults That Occur During The Warranty Period And The Guarantee Granted By The Contractor.
