The Scope Of The Reconstruction Begins At The Intersection With The Provincial Road No. 160 In Łowyń And Ends At The Border Of The Built-Up Area In Łowyń. Construction Works Include: Widening And Strengthening The Bituminous Surface (On Ul. Gminna From 5.5 M To 6.0 M Wide, Ul. Nadeziorna From 4.9 M To 5.5 M), Construction Of A Parking Lot, Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Sidewalks At Street Gminna, Construction Of A Mini-Roundabout At The Intersection Of Ul. Gminna, Nadjeziorna And Kościelna, Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Along Ul. Nadjeziorna (From The Cemetery To The End Of The Built-Up Area), Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Drainage Of Rainwater To Lake Łowyńskie. Attention! The Attached Design Documentation Covers The Reconstruction Of The Entire District Road No. 1727P On A Section Of Approximately 2.5 Km. The Scope Of The Order In This Procedure Covers 1.47 Km Of Road, I.E. From Km 0+000 To Km 1+464.68 (From The Intersection With Provincial Road No. 160 To The End Of The Built-Up Area). Attention! The Scope Of Works Includes Deep Excavations In The Immediate Vicinity Of Existing Buildings, Including Buildings With And Without Basements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Secure The Excavations, In Particular By Using Formwork Piles Or Other Technical Solutions Ensuring The Stability Of The Ground And The Safety Of Neighboring Structures, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Items 11-14 Of The Blind Storm Sewerage Cost Estimate. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Proper Conduct Of The Works, Including Securing The Excavations And Protecting The Existing Buildings Against Damage. The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People, Property And Structures Of Buildings Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Works.
