The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: A) Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 510132K Ul. Załawie At Km 0+000 To 0+555 Along With The Intersection At Km 0+000 - 0+009.81 With The District Road No. 1877Kb) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, C) Construction Of Street Lighting D) Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure In The Field Of Water Supply, Gas, Electricity And Telecommunications Networks. The Scope Of Individual Works Has Been Indicated In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities. Works And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Developed By Biuro Projektowe Inżynieria Jerzy Sowa, Ul. Kościuszki 134, 32-540 Trzebinia. Additional Comments - Requirements For The Contractor Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Investment Is Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund 1. The Contractor Declares That It Has A Team Of People With Appropriate Authorizations, Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And There Are No Legal Or Factual Obstacles Preventing Or Hindering The Contractor From Fulfilling This Obligation2. The Contractor Declares That, Based On The Documents Received From The Ordering Party, He Has Knowledge Of The General And Specific Conditions Related To The Property In Question And Its Vicinity, Technical Conditions And The Difficulties, Risks And Scope Of Liability That May Arise Strictly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
