The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Along With The Development Of A Design For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And Its Implementation In Building No. 7 In The Military Complex At Ul. Al. 3-Go Maja 2-4 In Chełmno. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Works Including: Replacement Of Damaged And Damp Wooden Elements Of The Roof Structure And Fungicidal Protection Of The Entire Structure, Replacement Of The Roof Covering From Plain Tiles And Lap Tiles With Plain Tiles Along With Replacing The Roof Battens And Inserting An Insulating Membrane, Replacing Roof Hatches, Replacing Gutters, Downpipes And Flashings Sheet Metal Work, Rebuilding Chimneys Above The Roof, Protecting The Wooden Cornice With Paint, Replacing The Floor And Plastering The Walls Of External Stairs, Replacing The Lightning Protection System In Accordance With A Previously Prepared And Approved Project, Waste Disposal.2) Preparing A Design In Two Copies For The Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System With Due Care In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Consolidated Text) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, Consolidated Text).
