The Subject Of This Order Is A Subscription To Foreign Scientific Journals For 2026 To The Library Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Product And Price Form.3. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Discounts Due To Membership In The Consortiums: Wiley, Springer And Elsevier, Which Should Be Taken Into Account In The Price Calculation.4. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Provide Online Access To Foreign Magazines Specified In Annex No. 2 Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; 2) Provide Access To A Given Magazine Title For At Least 3 (Three) Simultaneous Users Through The It Network Of The Medical University Of Warsaw And Authorized Remote Access; 3) Ensure Continuous Provision Of Online Access Services To Magazines, With Permissible Access Limitation Not Exceeding 48 Hours Per Month; 4) Provide The Ordering Party With Statistics On The Use Of Individual Magazine Titles At Least Once A Quarter;5) Technical Support Related To The Launch Of Access To Individual Magazines, Including Carrying Out All Formalities Related To Ensuring Access To Individual Magazines (Providing Ip Numbers, Application Forms, Etc.).6) Informing About Any Publishing Changes Of The Ordered Titles;7) Handling Complaints Regarding The Implementation Of Subscriptions And Conducting Correspondence In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Agreement.
