The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of A Warehouse Building With A Ramp And A Fertilizer Warehouse - Hangar Located On The Premises Of The Provincial Addiction Treatment Center And The Care And Treatment Facility In Gorzyce At 8 Zamkowa Street In Gorzyce, Including The Performance Of Construction Works, In Particular Consisting Of: 1) Marking The Area With Warning Boards, Fencing The Area Tapes;2) Making Sure That All Utilities Have Been Disconnected - Disconnection On The Ordering Partys Side;3) Performing Dismantling Work (Roof Coverings, Trusses);4) Performing Demolition Works (Walls, Brick Walls, Floors, Foundations);5) Leveling The Area Remaining After Demolitions;6) Removing And Disposing Of Materials Resulting From The Demolition And Remaining In The Buildings;7) Performing A Survey As-Built Surveying And Submitting It To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
