The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Along With The Cost Part, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Water Permits And Arrangements Enabling The Implementation Of The Task In Question, Including Obtaining Acceptance Of The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Building Permit, And Then Performing Construction Works In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation, Including Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction Works And Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, If Necessary.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Set Up An Information Board In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds.4.
