1 The Contractor Undertakes To Take Measurements, Sew And Deliver To The Ordering Party For Remuneration (Delivery) Under The Terms Specified In The Contract, Formal Clothing With The Logo Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2 The Detailed Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3 The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With The Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party, The Provisions Of The Contract And Applicable Regulations Law.4 The Contractor Will Take Measurements Of The Ordering Partys Employees In Order To Prepare A Size Table (Does Not Apply To Ties And Scarves) According To Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed. Dimensions Will Be Taken At The Ordering Partys Premises In Accordance With The Order Execution Schedule, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz5. If All Employees Are Unable To Try On Clothes, The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Resend The Clothes For Fitting.6 The Ordering Party Shall Submit A List Of Comments And Defects, If Any, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Products.7 Before Placing The Logo Embroidery On Clothing, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Approval Of A Sample Of The Embroidery Of The Salt Mine Logo. Wieliczka And The Color Of Navy Blue Ties. - The Logo Template Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Contract Template.8 The Contractor Is Not Responsible For Any Errors Resulting From Incorrect Dimensions Provided By The Ordering Party.9 The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Foil Packaging And On Hangers, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Division, In Such A Way That The Products Are Not Crushed Or Dirty.
