The Contractor Undertakes To Have The Permits And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular Appropriate Permits For Activities Related To Species Protected Under Art. 56 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13) In The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Permits Or Their Copies Together With A List Of People Participating In Monitoring Should Be Presented To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk For Inspection On The Day Of Signing The Contract Or At Least 5 Days Before The Order Is Completed. 3.
